BECSA has been characterized throughout its history, as a company involved in the environment in which it operates. A manifest to this has been the setting up of branches in all Valencia’s provinces. These branches are endowed with all required resources necessary to undertake unique works, while the advantage of been familiarized with local peculiarities of each area allows them swiftly to resolve any project of local and / or private nature.

Beside the certificates obtained in accordance with internationally recognized standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, UNE 166.002), our commitment is based on next Declaration of the Directors, which aims at focusing the company's resources towards full Client’s satisfaction, the commitment to involved parties and reduction of the environmental impact of our activity.

This business model, involved in society and in direct contact with the client, has been integrated into its expansion process, and is currently applied in its 7 permanently established branches (Madrid, Valencia, Alicante, Castellón, Tortosa, Tarragona and Albacete.)

Quality and Environmental Policy

Taking in account its main principles related to reducing the environmental impact of its activities, ongoing quality improvement in executed projects and continuous innovation activities related to all aspects of the construction process, Becsa has established the necessary management systems, based on the following management principles:

  • We need the involvement of all company staff, both to achieve our planned objectives and to develop the ability to learn from the challenges.
  • Quality Control, Environmental and Innovation Management Systems activities should be assessed by means of appropriate achievement indicators. Analysis of these indicators enhances management and communications, while improving the overall performance of the organization.
  • We must manage and measure the satisfaction of our customers as well as other involved parties, responding to their needs, thus meeting the expectations generated regarding the company.
  • A Commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements as well as technical and contractual applicable requirements, and in particular those related to environmental legislation at all levels (local, regional, national and European).
  • With respect to environmental responsibility, we will take all necessary measures to prevent pollution resulting from our works, focusing on operations aiming at reducing and recycling Construction and Demolition Waste materials.
  • The establishment of continuous training programs to ensure motivated and skilled human resources for the development of our projects.
  • Promote environmental communication within the company, implementing training and awareness measures that will apply beyond the workplace.
  • To transmit this commitment and our specific strategies to partner companies and interested parties (customers, neighbors, governmental institutions, ...).
